Ma63 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the ma63 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ma63 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

Continued use of the ma63 platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. ma63 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform.
Use of the platform is restricted to individuals who are legally permitted to do so within their respective jurisdictions.
Registering more than one account per individual is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation & Security

Each ma63 user is fully responsible for their registered account. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact ma63 support immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.

Use a strong and unique password for your ma63 account.
Do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
Enable two-factor authentication where available for added account security.
Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Ma63 platform users agree to use this service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Any misuse of the platform, including attempts to manipulate the system, use of automated software, or engagement in fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ma63 platform:

Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the platform.
Sharing or transferring your account to another individual.
Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the system or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
Using the platform for any purpose other than permitted personal entertainment.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the ma63 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name. The use of third-party accounts for transactions is strictly prohibited.

Ma63 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding established limits. Transaction processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days in certain cases.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies.
Ma63 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the specific terms of use stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability

Ma63 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms stated in this document, or for reasons relating to platform security and integrity. Balances in accounts suspended due to fraud or illegal activity will be forfeited.

To the extent permitted by law, ma63 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk and are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the ma63 support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to successful identity verification.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments

All content, designs, software, logos, and other materials on the ma63 platform are the exclusive property of ma63 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ma63.

The ma63 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ma63 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Ma63 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
